Valley Town: Wengen Alta Badia
goes from the last hamlet in Wengen Alta Badia it on the way to No. 13 direction Antoniusjoch . At the beginning of wide forest, it is always further into the Fanestal (Val de Fanes). On this perfect sunny day in September, I'm completely alone out on Dolomites. On and on the trail up towards end of the valley, where the waiting Antoniusjoch (also Fanesjoch). On the descent I find myself always on the ridge and walk down towards the pathless Fanes until I was on the wide forest road No. 7 to the valley meet. From here it's still about an hour to the parking lot at Rifugio Pederü .
